    Established in 2005, Premier Property Services Southern Limited is fast becoming one of the leading painting and refurbishment contractors in the south.

    Our simple philosophy, to deliver what we promise, enables us to add continually to our ever-increasing client base.

    We are proud of our achievements to date, we encourage openness and honesty and we seek to continue developing and diversifying our business in a non-confrontational, yet professional, manner to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.

    Our core business, decorating and refurbishment, has afforded us the opportunity to carry out works at Selfridges and The Design Council in London, The University of Surrey in Guildford, The Cowdray Estate in Midhurst and Brittany Ferries in Portsmouth, amongst others. We are also privileged to have been included to the Portsmouth City Council and Hampshire County Council approved list of contractors.

    Our commercial clients include; Social Housing Landlords, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Main Contractors, Management Organisations, Chartered Surveyors, Hospitals, Retail Outlets.
